Rausi Iru
Rausi, Deputy Chairman of Laba and Chairman of his Village Landowner Company, brings extensive private sector experience. His vision is to enhance access to education and health services in villages, fostering a healthy and educated population poised for economic prosperity. Rausi is dedicated to training future leaders to excel in their roles within the villages and companies.

Sir Moi Avei
Sir Moi, a distinguished leader, brings a wealth of experience and a history of success to Laba. As a former Member of Parliament and director, he has held key ministerial roles and contributed significantly to Papua New Guinea's growth and development. With over six and a half years of successful leadership at OK Tedi Mining Limited, his impact on the country is enduring.

Nou Kari Veri
Nou Veri has served as a Director on the Laba Board since May 2016. He highlights ExxonMobil's positive impact on the four impacted villages, providing employment and enhancing livelihoods. Veri expresses his passion for bringing legacy developments to the area under the Laba Banner. Moreover, he aims to elevate Laba's visibility, not only within ExxonMobil perimeters but also beyond.

Bisia Lahui
Bisia has been a Laba Director since the PNGLNG project's start in 2009. Initially representing the Dabara clan, he later represented the Papa community. With vast experience and a Diploma in Project Management from IBBM via Torres University, his focus as Director for the Papa community is to secure spin-off business opportunities for Lanco, distribute royalty equity, and provide essential information for community welfare.

Representing the community of Porebada on the Laba board, committed to assisting the village in various aspects, including financial aid, education, sponsorships, infrastructure development, and donations. Asi's long-term vision involves introducing projects to enhance the village's livelihood, ensuring a better environment for current and future generations.
