This is a JV with Guard Dog for security services at the LNG Plant site including: 

• Provision of guards on 24-hour basis.

• Provision of transportation buses for shift change and QRF/MPU vehicles. 

 

The procurement agreement with EMPNG includes.

• ‘All In’ hourly rates for guards.

• All salaries, payroll burdens (including statutory payroll on costs, medical or other insurances, workers compensation, annual leave, sick leave, superannuation, sick pay, training leave, long service leave and redundancy pay, and all other charges required under applicable statute or laws) and income tax.

• Costs for the Board of Directors, direction, support, and advice associated with management of this agreement including training, safety, health and environment, continuous improvement, industrial relations, etc. This includes all contractor personnel who are responsible for such activities as timesheets, invoices and for providing support on site for any payroll activities including grievances on scheduled pay cycle.

• Any other costs required to provide services in accordance with the agreement unless specifically stated as provided by company or reimbursed - meals are currently supplied by company at ‘No Additional Cost’.
